How your information is used

Dubai Business Launch operates this website. The business inquiry form is available only after the legal operator and required service settings are configured. For a privacy request, contact us by WhatsApp at +971 54 320 5789.

Information you choose to send

When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, phone number, preferred contact method, business category and stage, requirements, any business name or note you add, and relevant planner selections. We also receive the page where you submitted the form, a timestamp, your inquiry consent and any campaign attribution you allowed us to store.

The planner runs in your browser. It shows a checklist without asking for your contact details. Non-personal answers can be kept temporarily in your browser session so you can return to your plan. Contact information stays in the active form until submission; it is not saved as a browser draft.

Why we use it

We use inquiry details to review your operational need, contact you by your chosen method and discuss relevant equipment, software, installation or support. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Inquiries are delivered to our internal team by Cloudflare Email Service, which can accept a message for sending without guaranteeing that it reaches an inbox.

Optional analytics and advertising

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand site use and Meta Pixel to measure advertising. These tools are optional and are not loaded before their respective choice is granted. You can change choices through “Cookie settings” in the footer. We do not send your name, phone number or inquiry note as analytics event data.

When you permit tracking and arrive with campaign parameters, a signed first-party cookie can hold first and latest campaign context for up to 30 days. Without tracking consent, an inquiry may include only its current page context.

Sharing, security and retention

We use Cloudflare to serve the site, verify form submissions and send internal inquiry emails. Optional analytics and advertising providers receive only the event information allowed by your choice. We do not use this site to publish your contact details or pass an inquiry directly to an unnamed supplier through the form.

Inquiries remain in our team’s mailbox until reviewed and removed under our operating process. Ask us to access, correct or delete an inquiry by WhatsApp, identifying the request reference where available. We will verify requests before acting. We do not claim that browser or email systems offer guaranteed delivery or permanent records.

International processing

Cloudflare, Google and Meta may process information in locations outside the UAE according to their services and your choices. If you have questions about a particular inquiry, contact us using the method above.
